If you own a Harley and love to ride, think about joining Arrowhead Harley Davidson's H.O.G. Chapter #83.  We love to ride too.

Based in Peoria, Arizona, we have the luxury of year-round riding.

Mountains, deserts, lakes, rivers; they are all within easy reach.  So we have several rides planned for every month of the year.

MOAB UTAH!

The weekend of Oct 11-13/14 is our first chapter ride to Moab Utah. There is some outstanding Motorcycle Touring in the Moab area - Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park, and much more (www.discovermoab.com/motorcycles.htm). I have contacted a few hotels which are reasonably priced at the North end of Moab – Inca Inn @ $59.95/night – (866)462-2466, Adventure Inn @ $69/night – (866)662-2466, and Bowen Motel @ $79/night (800)874-5439 (Fully Booked). All rates are subject to change. Check out www.discovermoab.com for additional hotels in case these are sold out. I have not visited these hotels so I cannot vouch for them. I just looked at them on their website. This is the high season for Moab so I highly recommend you MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS NOW! Turns out there is a 24-hour Mountain Bike event going on the same weekend. Some of the hotels I called have only 5-10 rooms remaining as of 6/30/08. Most hotels have 24-48 hour cancellation policies with no penalty.   Ron Hundley, Road Captain

Beginning with the First Ride on 01/01/2008 we will start using new locations to assemble for our rides.

Grand & Reems at the Starbucks on the southwest corner.

51st Avenue & Loop 101 at the Chevron southeast of the intersection. (We will park on the street next to the station - not in the parking lot.  It is a dead-end street with no traffic.)
